Corporate Communications Specialist/Technical Writer
A Ronin requires only two things: A sharp sword and a worthy master to serve.
My pencil is sharp. My skills have lifted me to the top of my market.
API guides. Admin guides. Dev-to-dev tutorials. Pharma MES systems and recipe software. Kubernetes clusters. Cloud, EC2, and AMI Terraform setups. There is always another new and complex topic that seems daunting on Day One, but eventually becomes a conquered trophy in my portfolio.
Some tech writing is communication. Most of it is legislation. If you are hiring to put a checkmark next to an engineering plan that requires user documentation, I’ve billed many hours writing dense, milspec “legislative documentation” for RFPs and SOPs. But if you are more interested in documentation that is focused on communication, It’s quite rewarding to deconstruct a concept so the end user understands their role in using a product or service, or completing a task. Tutorials are a personal favorite of mine.
Take a look at my work history; the variety of places I’ve worked as well as the written and visual examples in the portfolio section.
Mac. Linux. K8. VS Code/Git. Confluence or TFS. I know the tools Devs use and can hold my own as I find the path first to understand, and then be understood.
Are you looking for a writer who understands high-level cybersecurity concepts like encrypted Level 7 PCI?Blockchain?
Or are you looking for the Tech Writer who can do it all? Manuals, illustrations, branding, and marketing collateral?
Take the next step. Email and let’s arrange an opportunity to show you my full portfolio and discuss how the shape of my experience fills the opening in your organization.
Or maybe you are merely looking for some spackle? That’s fine, too. Flat project rates are available.
